Pros: - Decent contract rate.
- A small majority of people you work with are hard-workers/grafters and really try. They will assist where required; great training.
Cons: - Too much focus on cultural perception and political strategies for public consumption.
- Too much focus on the collective rather than individual accountability.
- Plus the expected cons of any Fortune 500 company out there.
- Lack of focus on efficiency.
