Pros: - Employee benefits such as wellness reimbursement every quarter, number of leaves, good cafeteria food, and a focus on employee health, to name some. - Great scope for innovation, with no micromanagement. - Managers are highly talented people here. You can look up to them and discuss your issues in weekly 1:1s. Managers are very much involved in employees' well-being. - Transparency in the company's and product's vision. From the top level, you will get every information you would be looking out for or not looking out for.

Cons: Could not find any cons.

Pros: They value their employees. Great talent to be amongst for contributing and learning. Assessment tests and interviews were right on point for the job. No surprises after starting.

Cons: A little too big at times. Challenging to be remote from other team members. Lots of common knowledge about how teams work internally to learn after starting. Can be a lot of noise, making it challenging to focus on what is important.

Pros: Many good people to reinforce good culture. Rich in benefits.

Cons: It's ill luck for me to be in a wrong team and have management which enforces me to overwork, e.g., 18 hours a day to satisfy her. I can't bear that pressure for so long and finally said goodbye.
