The interview consisted of several stages over several weeks:

• First call with recruitment coordinator (30 min): Basic questions and expectations (profile/experience, current salary, why Salesforce).
• Second call with potential manager (60 min): Introduction of the position.
• Third call with an employee in a comparable position, including in-depth subject-specific questions and a quiz-like interview (90 min).
• Meeting including a presentation in front of the manager (60 min).

It was sometimes difficult to keep in touch with the recruitment coordinators.
