Process
Had a tough written test, followed by a great interview, which helped me to concentrate more on technical aspects. There were only two technical rounds after the written test, followed by an HR round.

Pros: There is no pressure of work. You can come to the office 10 days a quarter by doing work from home. The company gives its best; you just have to give it back. Food and relaxation facilities and other wellness benefits are great.
Cons: Pay is less important; more importance is given to the non-technical aspects than the technical ones.
