It's a good company to settle for a long time
There is no pressure of work. You can come to the office 10 days a quarter by doing work from home. The company gives its best; you just have to give it back. Food and relaxation facilities and other wellness benefits are great.
Pay is less important; more importance is given to the non-technical aspects than the technical ones.
Not in a stage to give advice to such a great company.
