Pros: Great Work Culture, Collaborative Teams

Cons: The only con is contractors are underpaid.

Pros: Unique company that has successfully built a cohesive narrative across all its SaaS products, from CRM to CPQ to Order, Billing, Revenue, Collaboration, and Analytics, that its customers have bought into. Management occasionally stumbles but sincerely strives for a unified vision across all functions. They are committed to community, equality, and wellness for its workforce and have managed to reinvent and stay relevant (and profitable) during this pandemic. Benefits are great, most folks feel pride & excitement working here, and the 'giving back' is real (7 VTO days!).

Cons: At times, the Vision seems to shift with each major acquisition. The commitment to Values of equality and innovation rings untrue, and the hard-selling, ruthless culture takes over. At times, the Methods to succeed and Measures for success seem confusing, and the Obstacles to stupendous projected growth seem challenging.

Pros: Very chill, good WLB, and managers are very nice to work with.

Cons: A little boring, slow. A lot of meetings and trainings.
