The interview experience with Salesforce was simply wonderful. The recruiters were a pleasure to work with.

I had a technical screening via phone, and then I was scheduled to attend interviews on campus. Since I received another offer in the meantime, the recruiters expedited the process. I had two "hangout" interviews, after which I received an offer.

All three interviews included both technical and behavioral components, though the content and format varied from person to person. I was really impressed with how quick and amiable the recruiters were in responding and accommodating my timelines.

Despite the whole interview process not being team-specific, each interviewer was more than happy to give me an overview of the duties of all teams in the division. They also took my preferences into account when matching me with a team, so the process was perfect in every way.

I am against divulging specific interview questions as I believe it is unfair.

I would advise candidates to be thorough with fundamentals of:

• SQL
• Basic Operating Systems / Networking.
