One and a half hour phone interview.
I was asked about previous experience, followed by one technical question that was coded on CoderPad. This was followed by information about the job, and then another technical question.
Approximately two weeks later, I received an email requesting a call about "Interview Feedback." This phone call was the offer.

Great benefits, company events, professional training.
Volunteering! Be humble, give back.
Not every team experience will be similar, so there are great ways to find your fit with internal job fairs to help keep things exciting.
Mostly fair, honest professionals.
Flexible, sensible work schedule.
Cons: Steep learning curve due to legacy as well as breadth and depth of platform offerings, plenty of tribal knowledge.
Not exactly a rowdy party-going bunch.
Process-heavy tendency.
Some software tools enforced are outdated or are not the optimal choice.
