The interview consists of an online coding test and two interviews.
The coding test was moderate to hard.
Interviews were based on luck; some candidates were asked very easy questions, while others received hard questions. All the best.

No toxic culture and office politics. There might be a few exceptions, but at least it is very less than other companies.
Cons: Slow career growth.
Less opportunities to create real impact.
Most of BT does not have good software engineering skills, from what I have experienced.
