In total, I had four hangout sessions with HR, the manager, and team members. All of them described the role itself and made sure the job specifications were clear and that I was happy with them.
I wasn't asked lots of useless academic questions, but rather general conversation about daily situations and ideal solutions for real problems.
I felt like I was already part of the team during the interview; the people were really nice.
