Process
After a brief discussion with a recruiter, I was given an online assessment. Afterwards, they decided I scored high enough to have a panel interview. This was a 3-hour-long technical interview, and all the interviewers were extremely nice. It felt like we were solving problems together, instead of against me.
Finally, I wrapped up with a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. I got an offer about two days later. I was very surprised how quickly things moved, but I was very happy about it.
