Pros: - People (usually) listen well.
- The company invests in training its people.
- Great benefits and pay.
Cons: - It's a lumbering corporate behemoth; hard to change things.
- Concierge and Chatter are soul-killing; it doesn't feel very much like "ohana" when you don't have a person you can talk to about benefits/HR things easily in person.
- More concerned about hurting white guys' feelings than actually making changes to become more inclusive.
