Process

Challenging but good. Know your data structures, algorithms, and operational complexity as a starting point.

Definitely be prepared to think creatively and solve problems collaboratively. I had read some reviews on Glassdoor that described softball interviews, but that is not the case.

Everyone who conducted the interviews was nice, but the questions were not easy. Come in prepared to think critically, write code, and communicate well.

Questions

A design question related to scalability.

A algorithm question involving a binary search tree.

Several coding questions requiring specific data structures for the solution.

A very challenging problem-solving question.

Lunch with the product team at a nice restaurant.
