I had a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a one-hour technical phone screen with a developer. I performed well, so I was given a three-hour coding exercise to complete on my own time. Apparently, I did well, as I was then invited for an on-site interview.
The on-site interview lasted approximately six hours, including lunch. I spoke with three developers and three non-developers. The questions covered both technical and behavioral topics.
A month after the interview, I was informed that my position had been canceled. However, because I performed well in the interview, they kept my application open.
A couple of months later, I contacted the recruiter and learned of a new available position. I was then connected with the director for a brief behavioral interview. Subsequently, I was offered a position without requiring another interview round, as I had apparently performed exceptionally well during my previous interview.
Coding problems and general behavioral questions.
