Process
It's a long process. In my case, it involved:
- Interview with HR (life, aspirations, CV, English, etc.)
- Interview with the Manager (career, technical challenges, etc.)
- Hackerrank exam (two hours)
- Whiteboard (two hours... I was taken through two exercises)
- Interview with a Director (life, culture, values)
- Offer.
Questions
HackerRank is an exercise to observe the application of patterns and the management of recursion.
For the whiteboard, challenges are presented, and you have to explain how you would approach them. The interviewer will gradually add complexity. It is important to think out loud.

Pros: A culture that values the employee and demonstrates it at every moment.
One day off per month.
Free vacations.
Trips.
Education reimbursements.
Wellness reimbursement.
Mercadolibre discount.
Cons: It is completely bilingual, so language can be an issue if you are not fluent in English.
It is not impossible to get in with a basic level, but you will have to study a lot once you are inside.

Pros: 1. The interview was good. People were really nice and knowledgeable.
2. The coding rounds were relatively basic and more generic, which I felt was good.
3. They made me feel at ease and I didn't feel a lot of pressure.
Cons: It just took some time overall to get everything done, which is understandable because it is a big company.
