I had my first quick interview with Salesforce at the Grace Hopper Celebration Conference. It was 50/50 behavioral and technical questions.

Then, I had two-hour Skype interviews with managers and a past intern. All the interviews were great and as stress-free as possible. They were very understanding and genuinely interested in what I had to say and in my passions and interests.

The technical aspects of the interviews were clearly explained, and they were open to brainstorming. They definitely want you to succeed!
