Process
Easy coding + resume. Unfortunately, the interviewer didn't know a technicality in coding. So I ended up getting a reject. This is very, very unfair, considering this is one of the best companies to work for.

Best experience of my career so far
Software Engineer • Current Employee
March 1, 2018
Pros: A wealth of incredible opportunities across the globe, all presenting different challenges. Definitely not a place where you'll be pigeon-holed or left wanting for more challenging technical problems.
Cons: As with any large company, you'll find wildly varying politics, policies, and quality of output within various pockets of the company. Growing pains are still an issue, and you don't need to look too far to see redundancy of effort. It's a tremendously difficult problem to solve, though, and far from a showstopper.
