I secured an interview through an employee referral and had a phone screen interview.
Two people interviewed me: one manager and one employee. I was not ready for this, so I would definitely study data structures and coding algorithms.
When the first person interviewed me, I felt they were not too impressed. By the time the second person was interviewing me, they asked the same question and were not too proactive in conversation. I understand, as I believe they decided on someone else.
