Pros: From what I've heard, most companies have given up on internship programming post-COVID.
However, Salesforce really puts effort into intern programming.
Company culture is very focused on work-life balance.
They allow a lot of flexibility between working from home or the office.
Cons: Intern programming can be a little cheesy.
