Process
Two phone interviews were conducted.
The first interview was with a software engineer on the team I was selected for. The second interview was with my eventual manager and another Salesforce employee.
Both interviews were more behavioral than technical, which I was told was due to the unique nature of the specific team/project I was selected for.
