Pros: - Worked very closely with my team, delivering work directly applicable to the team on a very customer-facing product as an intern. - Had lots of opportunity to hear from the CEO and executives. - Received monthly Fridays off for wellness plus $100 monthly reimbursements for wellness activities. - Good salary. - Relaxed deadlines and no "grinding" or "tech bro" culture. - Received lots of swag. - Experienced lots of clarity about expectations and how to reach them. - Received lots of support from recruiters and the intern team. - Everyone is super nice, friendly, and open about feedback and helping you. - Even though I failed to get an offer from one team, my recruiter passed my information to another team where I received an offer.

Cons: The smallest con: since I started in June, a lot of the intern events happened in the beginning and more in May. So, at around the halfway mark, there wasn't a lot of engagement from the intern team.

Pros: Good work-life balance, lots of learning opportunities, and a helpful environment.

Cons: Pay, Boring SaaS, difficult technical interviews

Pros: WLB is great. I never worked more than 40 hours. Benefits are great too. PTO is unlimited, and there are no objections to taking advantage of it.

Cons: Culture here sucks. Everyone talks in buzzwords and sales jargon, even internally. Lots of dead weight in the company. You can tell in the social Slack channels that some people just post all day instead of working. During the pandemic, Slack was supposed to be our digital HQ, but it quickly turned into the YouTube comments section, with people fighting about politics and Covid and inappropriate conversations for a workplace. Projects in ProServ are overstaffed, and everyone wants to do everyone else's job anyway. No way to advance your career. V2MOM is a joke; it's a copy-paste of what your boss's boss does. If you want to end your career here, it's a good place to rest and vest.
