WLB is great. I never worked more than 40 hours. Benefits are great too. PTO is unlimited, and there are no objections to taking advantage of it.
Culture here sucks. Everyone talks in buzzwords and sales jargon, even internally. Lots of dead weight in the company. You can tell in the social Slack channels that some people just post all day instead of working.
