Pros: - Worked very closely with my team, delivering work directly applicable to the team on a very customer-facing product as an intern. - Had lots of opportunity to hear from the CEO and executives. - Received monthly Fridays off for wellness plus $100 monthly reimbursements for wellness activities. - Good salary. - Relaxed deadlines and no "grinding" or "tech bro" culture. - Received lots of swag. - Experienced lots of clarity about expectations and how to reach them. - Received lots of support from recruiters and the intern team. - Everyone is super nice, friendly, and open about feedback and helping you. - Even though I failed to get an offer from one team, my recruiter passed my information to another team where I received an offer.

Cons: The smallest con: since I started in June, a lot of the intern events happened in the beginning and more in May. So, at around the halfway mark, there wasn't a lot of engagement from the intern team.

Cons: Some projects are very antiquated. Some paperwork with the leading chain. Hard work is sometimes recognized and sometimes not.

Cons: Very disorganized. Constant changes in global priorities. Very focused on selling Artificial Intelligence or any other current trend to boost stock prices (at one point it was Remote Work and being 100% digital with quality work and personal life as a priority, now Work from Office, 100% performance speed, etc., with everyone passing responsibilities to each other). Very exposed to restructuring and layoffs. Too focused on the stock market and new trends, constantly changing short-term decisions.
