Process
Two technical rounds were conducted. The interviewers were very friendly.
The interview tested knowledge in:
- C programming
- Debugging
- Concepts of storage
- An algorithm problem (specifically a recursion problem)
Each round had a different duration:
- First round: 45 minutes
- Second round: 60 minutes
Questions included a mix of technical and behavioral topics. Behavioral questions also touched upon scenarios like what to do if a released product has bugs.
Overall, the experience was very positive.

Pros: - Worked very closely with my team, delivering work directly applicable to the team on a very customer-facing product as an intern.
- Had lots of opportunity to hear from the CEO and executives.
- Received monthly Fridays off for wellness plus $100 monthly reimbursements for wellness activities.
- Good salary.
- Relaxed deadlines and no "grinding" or "tech bro" culture.
- Received lots of swag.
- Experienced lots of clarity about expectations and how to reach them.
- Received lots of support from recruiters and the intern team.
- Everyone is super nice, friendly, and open about feedback and helping you.
- Even though I failed to get an offer from one team, my recruiter passed my information to another team where I received an offer.
Cons: The smallest con: since I started in June, a lot of the intern events happened in the beginning and more in May. So, at around the halfway mark, there wasn't a lot of engagement from the intern team.
