Pros: Great employment benefits, from volunteering time to education support, there are so many resources to take advantage of. Also, the ability to work with our greatest customers is so nice.
Cons: At 80,000 employees, it can be a corporate beast with ungodly processes and procedures. I get some are necessary at this scale, but some boggle the mind.
It can be hard to get your voice heard.
Also, it's hard to build local connections without a proper office nearby.
