#1 Recruiter Call A person who seemed very bossy called and asked unwanted questions like, "What is your current pay?" and "What is the salary breakup?"
I reached out to Tony Prophet and Ana (VP Recruiting) and shared this bad experience.
Since they pushed me, I disclosed my salary details and lost my negotiation advantage.
Therefore, I did not prepare for any of the interviews but somehow passed. I don't understand why!
#2 Technical Assessment (By a 7+ year Senior Success Agent and a 3-4 year experienced peer agent) A lot of questions regarding configuration and sharing, with fewer questions on coding and Lightning development.
I felt I did poorly but was selected. I was honest and also shared the logic where I did not know the exact process and terms.
#3 Hiring Manager Interview An informal interview to check cultural fit and easy to pass. This is where you clarify your doubts and get to know the job in detail.
#4 Senior Director Interview Above three interviews were video interviews where the interviewer was not on video, which felt interrogating and unprofessional. But the Senior Director has experience the same as my age :-D. He was very professional and honest. He also disclosed pros and cons so that we could make a decision!
About my project, how I did it, etc.
Scenario-based questions on issues like sharing.
