I was sent a coding challenge that was surprisingly easy and took about 15 minutes to complete. In preparation, I had completed about 30-40 of the most frequently asked LeetCode problems.
It took about two weeks to be matched with a team. I attended a couple of recruiting events in between.
I had two interviews: one technical and one behavioral. The interviews were very conversational, and the team members were inviting.
