The coding challenge was really hard. After completing the 48-hour challenge, I received no response for over three weeks, until I was eventually emailed that the role was filled.

Pros: Make you actually work on real projects, not intern ones.
Forthcoming team members, recruiting team.
Hybrid work culture.
Cons: There is about a gap of a month between the internship ending and offers being released. It's not a huge issue, but I just wanted to point that out. Other than that, it's a great program!
