Pros: 1. The office is amazing and pampers you in every way you want.
2. Free barista, free food, and a homely taste with something new on the menu every day. Special food is available on special occasions as well.
3. Very clean office, nice workstation.
4. Work depends on the team. It is a fast-growing company, so you need to keep updated every day to match the pace – very important.
5. Education reimbursement of 3.5 lakhs per year.
6. Every month, 5k for fitness.

Cons: Keeping up to speed with the company's growth may be challenging at times, especially given that the company is acquiring so many others in the market and with the growing AI market. But that's how you grow, so it's not essentially a major con.
