Pros: I love the opportunity to work with an amazing set of people who are talented, inspiring, and if given a chance, can build a rocket as well. If I have to tell you, Salesforce is full of such people.
Cons: Navigation through the organization chain often leads to little or less clarity on what is going on at higher levels.

Reasonable colleagues. I think this is not so common nowadays, sadly though.
