The process began with an initial call from the recruiter to understand the team, high-level responsibilities, company culture, and benefits. The recruiter coordinator then scheduled the interview rounds.

For Round 1, there was a written skill-set assessment followed by one video interview.

In Round 2, a design challenge (use case) was presented, followed by three video interviews.

All interviewers were courteous and respectful of the time. The recruiter at Salesforce was remarkably transparent, helpful, and made the overall process efficient.
