From the initial call to hiring, the process took approximately 3 months.

I participated in 4 stages:

• Head Hunter
• Technical Leader
• Interview with the Manager
• Panel presentation

I found all of them very helpful, always clarifying my doubts.

In the stage with the Technical Leader, I was asked to answer specific questions related to architecture standards, data models, application development, and others.

Finally, the panel presentation was a bit difficult because it required me to summarize all my technical knowledge, writing, and communication skills, and even soft skills, as we simulated a presentation for C-Level executives.

Overall, I rate the company's recruitment process as an excellent experience.
