Pros: Got to work on a project that was important to the company. Also was given complete ownership of the tool.
Great, smart people around, free food, and the best location for a software company - downtown SF.
Cons: No cons, really. The only thing that I can think of is the lack of space at the HQ, because of the enormous growth of the company and the amount of recruitment that goes on.
