I recently had an interview with Salesforce, and the process was fairly standard.
I went through four rounds:
- The first was with HR.
- After that, I interviewed with my potential hiring manager.
- The next was a live coding round, which I found to be a more challenging part of the process.

Pros: Interns are prioritized in a way that you don't see at other companies, from the crazy merch drops to the events. Everyone is willing to help you with anything you ask, and they want you to learn as much as possible.
Cons: No on-site meals (there are snacks, though). It gets kind of expensive having to go out for lunch every day, but usually there's free food leftover from some event.

Pros: Great office, stability, work-life balance. An extremely low-stress job with fair compensation.
Cons: Some poor management. Lots of attrition. The work's not particularly interesting, and the developer experience of working on platform is painful at times.
