Strong positive ‘do good’ culture, competitive pay and benefits, great office & flexibility for work/life balance (depending on role and leader).
Somewhat siloed due to the rapid growth of an already big company.
5 interviews, including 2 with the hiring manager and one with a VP in San Francisco. Disappointed not to get the role after so many interviews spread out over such a long time, but overall, I was impressed with the level of communication and assist
Coding challenge in a programming language of your choice. Followed by two interviews for Linux admin knowledge and competency-based questions. Also, as usual, a review of my CV and work experience completed.
The interview had four rounds: * Screening * A LeetCode-style assessment * A take-home project * An engineer discussion about the take-home project Overall, it was a decent assessment process that took around 6 weeks.
