Great people and great atmosphere
- Great collaborative environment where I can ask anyone for help.
- Social, friendly culture means I actually enjoy being around my coworkers.
- Medium-sized company, so still room for growth and not too much hierarchy, but without the insanity of small startups.
Catered lunches and dinners mean it's easy to gain weight.
Since we are still pretty young, the upper management is composed mainly of people who were here at the beginning. This means they can be a mixed bag in terms of actual competence and managerial ability.
Can't really think of anything that isn't covered in cons.
