I interviewed at the Raleigh office. The office was very relaxed and the people were extremely welcoming. When whiteboarding, the interviewers were very collaborative and asked how I would approach problems.

Started with a phone screen, followed by a practical coding project that lasted approximately 4 hours. Then I waited for a specific position to open up, after which I had 6 combined hours of interviews.

Sends an assessment. Basic questions, but the coding part is a little difficult. It is not strenuous. I suggest practicing your coding challenges as much as you can. After is a whiteboard interview.
