Pay and bonuses. Flex home-office work. 3 months of paid maternity/paternity leave (on top of national standards). Almost unlimited vacation days. The people and atmosphere.
A lot of corporate bureaucracy. Not a lot of connection to the product and service.

Home exam with 2 coding questions, very similar to LeetCode questions. Phone call with HR. Two more interviews in Google Meet, each lasting about an hour, with coding questions.
