The interview process was very smooth and well planned in advance. The rounds were a bit tough. Mostly, they look for people who have hands-on expertise, not just theoretical knowledge.

I had a phone screen with HR. I think it was just what they do with employee referrals, maybe. It included generic QA questions. At the end, they said, "I'll review this with the hiring manager and get back to you."

It was a difficult drive. After the tech screening, they invited hundreds of people without prior intimation. I wasted the whole day with bogus questions from the lead engineer, who seemed to have an ego boost from looking at my profile.
