Pros

Good compensation, excellent location, and working from home is an option. As far as enterprise software goes, the company is in an exciting position.

Cons

Lots of bad low-level managers. The company is bad for young people; prepare to get jerked around if you're wanting to grow and try new things. Far too much office politics, even in R&D. QA is a dead-end career path for technically-minded people, but management is in denial of this fact.

Advice to Management

Pay more attention to individual career development. There's a reason your turnover is so high (hint: it's because all you're providing is a paycheck).
