Good salary (best base pay in the industry), good bonus, good RSU. Decent stock refresher.
Good perks:
- Free food
- Decent work-life balance.
- Horrible internal tools (especially the developer tool)
- Internal tooling is killing developer productivity
- Unnecessary internal red tape
- A lot of bureaucracy
- Improve developer productivity by improving internal tools (and their tech stack).
- Remove unnecessary red tape and bureaucracy.
