The first three interviews happened through webcam, while the rest of the three rounds were F2F at the Hyderabad office. The HR person was so kind and supportive. They always talked to me before each interview round, ensuring I was aware of the position, the organization's core values, and the motive of the interview round.

First of all, the interviewer always introduced themselves briefly and then started asking questions. Mostly, they talked about real-time scenarios/situations in projects and day-to-day jobs, asking how I handled or would handle them.

They asked about challenges I faced in my career and how I overcame them, as well as how I motivate my team.

There was also some discussion about the Salesforce data model, given my SFDC background.

Overall, I am really thankful and equally impressed with the way the entire process went. It was well-planned and really smooth.
