Growth: Everyone at Salesforce has room for growth, regardless of the role. Here at Salesforce, we get all the support we need from Management & experience peers to overcome any obstacle and achieve great results.
Trust: One of the core Values of Salesforce, and to me, the most important one. The climate of Trust here means everyone is involved and aware of what's going on with the business, keeping up-to-date on the latest changes and, most importantly, being ourselves.
Benefits: At Salesforce, we're encouraged to take care of ourselves just as much as we take care of our customers. Whether it's a Gym membership or a Yoga session, the company takes care of you and your family (Wife & Children).
Long Hours and Tight Deadlines: At Salesforce, employees often have to work long hours and face tight deadlines due to the fast-paced nature of the software industry.
High Turnover Rate: Unfortunately, the tech industry is known for having a higher employee turnover rate than other industries.
