I took a coding OA.
It consisted of two LeetCode easy problems and I was given multiple hours to finish.

Shallow Culture, Lack of Challenging Work
SWE Intern • Current Employee
San Francisco, California, United States
August 16, 2022
Pros: Benefits and pay, facility, kindness of team members, and the swag.
Interns are treated like royalty (exclusive events, delivering candy to our houses), but it’s overkill in proportion to the work we do.
Cons: There was no sense of growth within my team, and they couldn’t haphazardly come up with a project for me until a couple of weeks in.
I was left in limbo for a lot of the time, as the project was extremely simple; I could’ve completed the entire thing in a week if I wanted to. I didn’t learn any new marketable skills or technologies.
The individuals on my team were great and tried to tailor my project to my interests, but the team as a whole has no structure and doesn’t seem like it’s ready to take on interns yet.
Unfortunately, the summer felt like a waste.
