Pretty much the best company on the planet to work for
The culture, collaboration, and emphasis on customer success are legendary, and for good reason. There are lots of opportunities to work with smart, talented people and to have an impact on the businesses you work with (customers) and, yes, the world (through the company's support of philanthropy.)
The biggest challenge I've found is maintaining some semblance of work/life balance. I'd say that's mostly on me, because the company makes impressive efforts to support employee wellness, but it's also a very common issue among employees.
Continue to advocate on social issues, stay connected to what's happening "on the ground," and do whatever is necessary to maintain our culture as we grow so rapidly.
