Pros

Salary, life time (not as stressful as Mercado Libre or any other consulting firm, for example), stocks, benefits in dollars for wellness and studies, clothing gifts with company logos, amounts in dollars to expense during quarantine for food, amenities, or technology. Flexible hours, flexible work location, diverse teams of ages, ethnicities, sex, thinking, etc. Initiatives to donate and collaborate.

Truly, one of the best I've seen in my years of experience, having gone through consulting firms, banks, Mercado Libre (4 years).

There are projects that are very challenging (Mulesoft) and others that are not so much. I believe that after some time, one can choose the project.

Overseas trips and relocation possibilities.

Cons

Projects are not the most fun in general, but that's just my perception. I prefer that to working 100% rushed, jury-rigging everything like at Mercado Libre.

Processes are somewhat more bureaucratic than in other places, which tend to be more agile. Still, it doesn't come close to what a bank is at all.
