- Salary and benefits are good.
- Smart people all around.
- Micromanagement has started.
- Sudden layoffs occurred; managers weren't aware of them.
- Managers are not transparent nowadays, which was not the case earlier.
- Managers are forcing their teams to come to the office 2-3 days a week, and guidance from management is only 10 days a quarter.
- Take a review with all the Indian managers. They are destroying the Salesforce culture.
