Good, good people, good culture.
No cons as such.
Typical tech programming interview, like any other big company. The process took a little over 2 weeks. I applied online, and the recruiter contacted me. They set up a phone screen and 4-5 onsite interviews. An onsite programming test was conducted.
The interview consists of an online coding test and two interviews. The coding test was moderate to hard. Interviews were based on luck; some candidates were asked very easy questions, while others received hard questions. All the best.
A really efficient and well-run process. HR representatives were nice, and the interviews were well conducted, with a mix of behavioral and simple technical questions. They asked me to: * Tell them about myself * Talk about an interesting project
