The salary grows every 2 months, attached to the inflation rate. The stocks make the difference. Unlimited PTO is unlimited. The company allows you to participate in different VTO/Equality groups and grow in different positions there. At least 4 travels per year for internal planning (national/international).
Sometimes I feel that I'm not using the latest tools on the market, which makes me feel rusty.
