Extremely unprofessional. The recruiter ghosted me after all my rounds. There was no reply to my emails or phone calls. Even if you're not going ahead, you should let the candidate know about the decision. Other things like this make me think that

One phone screen with a coding assignment. One on-site with a 2-hour coding assignment and an in-person interview with several members of the team.

Code screening interview for AMTS position. I was asked to complete a challenge in Ruby, and I had no Ruby experience listed on my resume. I was able to talk through my solution using pseudocode, and that was enough to pass the interview.
